Refund, Booking & Payment Policies

02. Appointment Scheduling Requirements

All appointments must be scheduled in advance and coordinated directly with the assigned instructor or authorized EK Beauty & Transformation representative.

Purchasing a service or package does not automatically authorize a client to arrive without a previously confirmed appointment.

• Appointments must be arranged in advance with the instructor.
• All appointments are subject to instructor availability and confirmation.
• Clients must follow the date, time, and instructions provided in their appointment confirmation.
• Walk-in appointments are not guaranteed.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their appointment has been properly confirmed before arriving.

03. Appointment Duration & Time Limits

Every appointment, service, and package has a specific duration established at the time of purchase or booking.

Clients must respect the scheduled duration and time limits indicated in their confirmation email, booking details, or package information.

Appointment duration cannot be extended automatically due to late arrival, personal scheduling conflicts, or unused appointment time.

Any additional time or service must be authorized in advance and may require an additional payment.

04. Package Validity & Expiration

Service packages, training programs, and prepaid sessions may have specific validity periods or expiration dates.

The applicable validity period will be communicated through the purchase confirmation email, package description, or written booking confirmation.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing their appointments within the established validity period.

Unused sessions or services remaining after the communicated expiration date may be forfeited without refund, unless otherwise required by law.

Extensions are not guaranteed and must receive prior written approval from EK Beauty & Transformation.

05. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

Clients are expected to arrive on time for every scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.

If a client fails to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Missed appointments and no-shows may result in the loss of the corresponding session without refund, subject to applicable law.

06. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients who need to reschedule an appointment must contact their instructor or EK Beauty & Transformation as soon as possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval.

A request to reschedule does not automatically extend the expiration date of a purchased package or service.

Cancellations initiated by clients do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If EK Beauty & Transformation must cancel an appointment, we will contact the affected client to arrange an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

07. Secure Payments & Transactions

EK Beauty & Transformation is committed to providing a secure and reliable payment experience.

Online transactions are processed through supported payment gateways and payment service providers that apply their own security and fraud-prevention measures.

Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and supported financing options.

Payment information is handled according to the security practices of the applicable payment provider. EK Beauty & Transformation does not require clients to share their complete payment card information directly with an instructor.

08. Buy Now, Pay Later & Financing

Depending on eligibility, location, transaction value, and checkout availability, clients may be offered financing or installment payment options through providers such as:

• Klarna
• Afterpay
• Affirm
• Other supported payment providers

Financing options are provided by independent third-party companies and are subject to their respective approval requirements, terms, conditions, and payment schedules.

EK Beauty & Transformation does not guarantee financing approval or the availability of a particular payment method.

Clients who select financing remain responsible for fulfilling their obligations to the financing provider.

Choosing an installment payment option does not change the applicable appointment, package expiration, or refund policies.

09. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, clients authorize the selected payment provider to process the transaction according to its applicable terms.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the total purchase amount, selected service, financing conditions, and payment details before completing checkout.

Any billing concerns should be reported promptly to EK Beauty & Transformation or the applicable payment provider.

Nothing in these policies limits a client's rights to dispute unauthorized transactions or exercise protections available under applicable law.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients purchasing or booking services with EK Beauty & Transformation agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and booking information.
• Review all purchase and confirmation emails.
• Schedule appointments directly with the instructor.
• Respect the established appointment duration.
• Complete purchased sessions within the communicated validity period.
• Arrive on time for confirmed appointments.
• Follow applicable payment and financing obligations.

11. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a service, booking an appointment, or completing a payment through EK Beauty & Transformation, clients acknowledge that they have been provided access to these policies.

These policies are intended to establish clear expectations regarding payments, refunds, scheduling, and service usage.

EK Beauty & Transformation reserves the right to update these policies when necessary. Changes will be published on our website and will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.

Nothing in these policies excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
