05 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should contact our team as soon as possible.

Any applicable cancellation deadline, rescheduling restriction, deposit condition, or cancellation fee must be disclosed to the client before the relevant booking or purchase is completed.

If a booking is subject to a specific cancellation policy, the policy presented during booking or otherwise expressly accepted by the client will apply, subject to applicable law.

We may reschedule appointments when necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

06 Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.

Late arrival may reduce the time available for a service or require rescheduling if the appointment cannot be completed safely or without affecting other clients.

Missed appointments may be subject to a no-show policy only where the applicable conditions were properly disclosed and accepted.

Any applicable charges or effects on prepaid sessions are subject to the relevant booking terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

07 Payments & Pricing

Service prices are displayed on our website or communicated before purchase, as applicable.

Prices may vary depending on the selected service, treatment plan, package, or additional services.

Any applicable taxes, fees, or payment conditions will be disclosed during checkout or before payment is authorized.

Expiration & Transferability

Remaining Sessions

Where supported by our booking system, clients may be able to review scheduled appointments and remaining sessions through their customer account.

09 Refunds & Payment Disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, whether the service has been performed, the applicable purchase terms, and relevant consumer protection laws.

Before purchasing a service or package, clients should review any specific refund, deposit, cancellation, and unused-session conditions presented at checkout.
